Some organizations have whole manuals dedicated to managing change. The only thing they accomplish with that is that no one follows what they have written. A process should be:
-as minimal as possible
-as understandable as possible
-as repeatable as possible
-as accessible as possible
Very useful process!! It fits perfectly for what I was looking for and would be suitable for most of organization as a generic “Manage change” model.
